Dean, Maureen SCHENECTADY Maureen Dean, 71, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2018, after a long illness, with her loving family by her side. Maureen was the daughter of the late Baladassare "Bud" and Marie Pagano. Maureen was the loving wife to Clifford C. Dean; they were married 43 years. Maureen enjoyed knitting and sharing her "crafts" with her friends. Maureen also enjoyed "game night" with the girls. She was always surrounded by her Persian cats. Maureen was always there to help her friends and neighbors, who loved her for being there. Maureen is survived by her son, Michael; her aunt, Ann Jackson from Chadds Ford, Pa.; and several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, on Thursday, March 29, from 4 to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 30, at 9 a.m. Entombment will follow the service in the Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery, Niskayuna.
