Dear Joyce Goody,and Amber,
At this sad time I know words are insufficient. We all want to turn back the clock of time and demand a different outcome. Ken and I are glad we were able to meet Tom. And I see from the photo posted that Zach looks like his Dad more than I realized. I showed Cody the picture posted on this site and he said,"He looks just like Goody." Our hearts are with you.

i am so sorry about your loss. I know from talking with him at the track meets all those years, how important his family was to him. I will remember Tom and keep you in my thoughts.

Tom was a wonderful classmate. I will always remember his smile and his quiet and gentle personality. I so enjoyed catching up with him at or 40th class reunion at The Dome in Fort Plain, August 2012. I am so sad that he was taken so early from you. So sorry for your family's loss. I knew Tom from the Y, I spoke with him quite often Saturday mornings while I was working and he was working out. He was a very kind man and I will miss him greatly. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in peace Tom.

You wouldn't know me if I stood in line. I have known you and your family for close to ten years. Your husband/dad spoke of you often. I know about your activities, vacations and accomplishments. Each word Tom spoke was with great pride and LOVE.He was my nightly ‘Y' buddy. I nicknamed him my “Knolls” friend. We otherwise were anonymous to each other. I am saddened and shocked to learn of his passing. I will miss his GIANT smile and nightly greetings after work. My sincere condolences

Tom, You were not only my cousin, you were more like a brother and best friend to me growing up in Fort Plain and I will miss you always. Will always remember the good times we had and you were my go-to person when I needed help or support during our high school years. From those early days in Fort Plain our lives sort of followed the same path. We started and graduated from Hudson Valley Community College at the same time, both went to work for GE, and then we both settled in Glenville to raise our families. I always enjoyed getting together for our family picnics and Holiday meals and always counted on you to remember all the details of our times growing up that I usually forgot. You will be in my prayers forever.

As his manager and coworker, I was honored to know Tom and work with him every day. Two words come to mind when I think of Tom - integrity and reliability. When Tom had a job to do or when something would come up he would know what to do, it would be the right thing, and he would get it done. He had a gift for making everyone around him better. As a friend, I enjoyed his pleasant nature and will miss sharing stories about family, vacations, and the kids. My deepest condolences go to the family as I keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers to Toms family. I worked with him and he was a down to earth, caring, and always would say hello. We chatted often about my upcoming wedding and he talked very highly of his kids and family. It's still a shock that such a great guy was taken too soon. God bless the family.

Tom will be sorely missed by myself as friend and co-worker. Tom was always eager to help in any way he could. He was diligent and very persistent in getting things accomplished. He had many collateral duties throughout KAPL due to his experience and willingness to support. I will be extremely difficult finding someone to fill Tom's position. I offer you my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
