These include two at the Hammer Gallery in New York City, plus a major show at the Alan Jacobs Gallery in London. Most recently, the Remmington Museum in Ogdensburg, N.Y. hosted a one-man exhibition and book signing. Wishing the Locker family much support from family, faith and friends. I have the privilege of the presence of a sketch of Katterskill Falls in my home which raises the spirits every time I study it- especially for the few minutes in the early morning. Direct sunlight, pouring in through a small leaded glass window high up on an eastern wall, hits the painting for no more than 5 minutes. But for those few minutes, the painting comes alive in a special way with golden yellows of the trees, not noticed before, suddenly lighting up with a glowing spirit. Your dear one lighted up time in a similar way, and it was a blessing to know and love his art, with us, forever. In sympathy.

Sky Tree will always be one of my favorite books. I used it for many years in my classroom to teach students about the many seasons in nature and the seasons of life. Your beautiful works will continue to paint a picture for many as they go through the seasons of their lives. Thank you.

One of my child's most rewarding and fondest memories is of spending time with Mr. Locker at a workshop on landscape painting and receiving an inscribed copy of Hudson. In sharing his artistic talents, inspirational writings, and generosity of spirit he has left a legacy of young people who have the opportunity to see beauty in all that surrounds them and a willingness to explore nature. Thank you for this most precious gift.
