Thomas Turner Obituary
COHOES - Thomas Turner, of Cohoes, 75, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Born in Troy on July 17, 1950, he was the son of the late Thomas R. Turner and Elinor McLoughlin Turner; and loving husband to Catherine Turner. Thomas worked at CSC in Menands for many years, and he also worked at Fleet and KeyBank. He loved all the people he worked with. Thomas also had the love of baseball. He loved to help coach his grandkids with his son. They coached Cohoes softball and baseball for over 11 years. He was a devoted father to Mindy (Dave) Ross of Mechanicville, TJ (Jess) Hollner–Turner of Cohoes; proud grandfather of Chloe, Bridget, Thomas. He was also a proud grandpa to some fur babies, Jasper, Dakota and Oakley. The family will be holding a celebration of life later for Thomas. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for a donation to Cohoes Little League and Cohoes Girls Softball League.
