Timothy J. Snyder

Snyder, Timothy J. HICKSVILLE, N.Y. Timothy J. Snyder was born on April 28, 1974, in Troy. He died suddenly on August 11, 2018. Tim was the son of Marguerite and Peter Snyder. He graduated from La Salle Institute, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and LIU Post. Tim was a loyal and devoted husband, father, son, and brother. He is survived by his wife, Tracey Snyder; and his children, Daniel and Katharine of Hicksville, N.Y. He is also survived by his brother, James Snyder, of Millbrook, N.Y. A service celebrating Tim's life will be held on Thursday, August 16, from 1-3 p.m. at the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Homes in Hicksville, NY. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Pan Mass Challenge (www.pmc.org) with a general donation to benefit Dana-Faber.
