Dear Wilhelm Family:
I was shocked to hear of Todd's passing. I worked with Todd for many years at Coxsackie CF. He always had that great smile on his face and the wonderful laugh that went with it. Always talked about family and sports, especially our Yankees and Giants. Always told me to say high to brother John when we had high school bowling matches. He was a great person who was a friend to all. God bless you all.

I worked with Todd at Coxsackie Correctional Facility for a number of years.Such a nice person who was liked by all.I'll miss meeting up with him from time to time in Catskill where we would share some words with each other of days gone by and the present.
