I had reconnected with Bill 5 or 6 years ago after having worked with him at Halston in the mid 1980's.
We were both from the Albany area and drove up together occasionally...I had the chance to meet some members of the Dugan family who were clearly proud of his accomplishments in the New York Fashion Design business..He was also their loving Brother and Uncle.
Bill was enjoying his new apt. on West 23rd Street in Manhattan. He had the place looking beautiful. I enjoyed dinners and visits with him there.
I hope that Bill is at peace and that he is with God.

I was glad to have reconnected with Bill 5 or 6 years ago after having worked with him at Halston in the mid 1980's. We were both originally from the Albany area ..I had the pleasure of meeting some of his family in "Capital Land" when we drove up together.
Bill's family was clearly proud of his accomplishments in New York's Fashion Design world. He was also their loving Uncle and brother.

He was enjoying his new apartment on West 23rd Street and it looked beautiful. Lots of style there!
I had some fun dinners and visits with him there.
