Dear family & friends,Thank you for your kind words & condolences.Thank you all for being there with us to celebrate mom's life. She will be missed, but not forgotten, She loved you all. She brought our family to Isle of Hope in 1948, our sister Andrea was about 4 weeks old....Such a beautiful place to have raised a family, learned to love people & teaching music & piano, she was known far & wide. She did lots of walking around Isle of Hope, Wymberly, the Bluff, Cornus Dr & Cardinal lane....she & Dad gave us Roots & Wings....she has earned her heavenly wings & now is with Chester in Heaven. Thanks for the love you gave her.

I was so sorry to hear about your mom. I was unable to get there for visitation because of a previous commitment, but if you're ever on the island, I live at 503 N. Paxton Dr., right around the corner from your mom's house and would love to see you.

Dear Andrea and All, Chester and Adele were loving neighbors to my grandmother Mary Bischoff and my aunt Franny Hughes. We got together only a few years ago when we were trying to preserve Isle of Hope. I will always remember her fondly. Love from Peggy Barton Driggs

My thoughts and prayers are with you. After all these years I still fondly recall all the fun times when our families would get together in Shenandoah and even at my Mom and Dad's house in New Jersey. Aunt Dell and Uncle Chester always had a special love about them and they are back together again.

So thankful for Aunt Dell's life and legacy! You all are a beautiful testimony to the love and care that both your mom and your dad freely gave. It was lovely to see Dell age so gracefully. She was such a tough cookie and turned into a real softie. You all brought her such joy and she was so proud of each of you. I grew up on Isle of Hope and took piano lessons from Mrs. Nielubowicz for several years. I remember riding my bicycle to her house for lessons. Sorry to learn of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Just wanted to add my condolences for Mrs. N's passing. I lived next door to her in the rental home for a couple of years and found her to be a true southern lady...she was lovely and sweet. I always enjoyed our weekend chats.
