I am sad about Benjamin dying because I met him twice. He lived in my neighborhood 2-3 houses down across the street.let god take care of the Cunninghams..

I will miss Benjamin every single day. He was uniquely different. In a world full of noise, fast paced frenzy, stressors and temptations, Ben brought peace and calm, laughter and love...in multitudes. He had a sweetness and an innocence that stood out. Ben was the kind of teen that set examples on a daily basis. During his illness, I continued to be amazed, week after week, month after month, of his unmatched bravery and calmness. I don't know many adults who could have dealt with all that Ben endured, and....he did so with strength and dignity. Ben had a heart of gold, an intense love for his family, and was kind to all. For the rest of my days, Ben will be my Superhero. I have every faith and belief that Ben is now in Heaven with our Heavenly Father, and his loving grandparents. What hope and expectation of the day to come when your loving family will see you again. What a reunion that will be! I love you, sweet Ben. Our goodbye is only temporary. One of my greatest joys has been being your "Aunt". You will continue to be loved and missed every day. May God bless your family here on earth: Lee, Tyree, Rebecca (Josh), Joseph (Jennifer), Jonathan and Grace, and may God give them what they need during this time. You will forever be remembered with great love, sweet Ben!
