DAVE AN I WORKED TOGETHER MANY YEARS AT FLA BLUE CROSS. HE WAS A VERY CORDIAL AND EASY GOING PERSON TO BE AROUND AND TO WORK WITH.MAY GOD BLESS HIS BEAUTIFUL WIFE AND CHILDREN.

Dave was a special friend and co-worker who was loved by all BC/BS of florida field and home office employees. He will be missed by all.

David was a classmate of mine at Robert E. Lee High School in Jacksonville. We just celebrated our 50th reunion two weeks ago and missed him being with us.
My heartfelt sympathies to all the family on your loss. He was a fine person and we will miss him.

I worked with Dave at BCBSNM. I learned so much from him - everyone did. I loved the twinkle in his eye and his great sense of humor. He always made others feel so at ease. What a fantastic spirit! Ruthie, I am so, so sorry for your loss. God bless you.

I was so sorry to learn of the passing of David. He was such a good friend and support for the many years we worked together at BCBS. My love and prayers go out to each family member. May the Lord bless and comfort you at this time of nead.

Although I haven't worked with Dave in many years I have very fond memories of his great spirt, wonderful sense of humor and all out caring for his fellow employees at BCBSF. It is with a deep sadness and a heavy heart that I send this guest book message. Dave was a great guy and loved by many.

My prayers are with you and your family. Dave was such a wonderful and caring person. He and I worked together for many years in New Mexico and I will never forget his kindness and encourgement during difficult times in my life. I still remember how Dave enjoyed the green chile in New Mexico. May God Bless You!

Ruthie, you and your family are in my prayers. I had the pleasure of working for Dave at BCBSNM. When he left, the job was never the same. He was the easiest person to like and loved sharing stories of you, his sons, and of course the grandchildren. New Mexico hasn't been the same since you both moved. He will be missed.

Ruthie, I am so sorry for your loss. Dave was the kindest man I ever had the pleasure to work for. Once he left BCBSF, it just became a job. All the sparkle was gone.

I first became acquainted with Dave almost 20 years ago when he encouraged me to apply for a position working with him at BCBSF. He was an incredibly kind, understanding and encouraging human being. I know he will be missed by all.
