My memories of David stretch back to our days with Cantor Martin in Hebrew school at the Center. The day the barrel blew up and David was cut across the back of his legs will stay with me forever. Most of all I remember a sweet and gentle soul and know the world is a better place because he shared it with his family, friends, and community.

David was a warm, caring, friendly, and gentle man. He always wore a friendly smile and shared kind words with you. He was truly interested in how others and their families were doing. He was the breath of fresh air that would light up the room and warm your heart by just being around him. I was able to work with David in dentistry, and he was always so kind and gentle with our patients and so appreciative for the opportunity. He was so caring about his family and friends - we all miss him but we are all better because our paths crossed. May his memory always be an abiding blessing to his family and friends. His love for others will live on our hearts and bring a smile and good feelings whenever we think of David Mizrahi. His family should know that we share their grief at this difficult time but that this world is a better place because of his presence.
