I have just learned the loss of Mr. Ervin. He was always a man of dignity and inspired many souls as well as my own. I worked for and with him for many years with ryans as did so many of us. I have been caretaking my mother in my home for the last 6 years . I also lost her on October 28. I can understand the sence of loss his family must be going through. I have read his guest book and remember so many of you. I think this says so much of the influence he had on all who knew him and how he touched us all in so many ways. He will always be loved and remembered by all who knew him.

"May the Lord bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you and above all, May the Lord lift up His countenance upon you and give you Peace".

God Bless,

Mr. Ervin was a mentor to me.

He gave me an opportunity to help him with his company, and I will always remember his kindness. He cared so much for people!

I remember having trouble managing a particular employee and how Mr. Ervin counseled me on leading people. His wise words were...."Wayne, a teacher has to find many ways to teach....keep trying DIFFERENT approaches until you find the one that works". I will never forget this.

I will always remember Mr. Ervin, and be grateful to God that he was in my life!
