Dear Wesley and Monteen, We are so sorry for you and your families as you grieve for your mom. We grieve with you and are praying for you. Aunt Flo was such a delight. I have such fond memories of camp and visiting her and Uncle Bud at their trailer. She was such a fun, tough, and loving lady, who taught me that you can be a Christian and still have a good time. I will never forget those hot summer days in Keystone Heights, nor her kindness and understanding. She always made me feel special. Love and prayers to you and your families, Cheryl (Gray) Pitt

Wes and Monteen, your Mother was one of the sweetest ladies I ever had the privilege of knowing. I know she is now in heaven with your Dad. We will miss her greatly. May God bless you and all your families.

Dear Wesley and Monteen - Your parents were very special to both of us and we have some wonderful memories of good times with all of you. Right now, I think Uncle Bud and Aunt Flo are eating boiled peanuts with my mom and dad in heaven - what a reunion! We will miss your mom greatly, but thank the Lord for the years we had with her (and your family) in Jacksonville, then at Keystone Heights).
I never knew another woman who could make plants grow out of sand -Aunt Flo definitely had the touch. She made the area around your home into a little oasis and I always enjoyed walking into the gate and having a good talk with her. God bless you both and comfort you during this time.

me and my family are so sorry to hear about Flo. we have very special memories of going to the youth camp and fishing with Flo. She and I would go out in the canoe, she told me i had to put the worm on the hook and take the fish off. Yuk, but i learn to do it. I will always love Flo and Bud. Jack and Ann OQuinn

Our special love and prayers to the family of dear Flo. She has always been a special lady in my heart. Charlene Gray and I spent time with her when we went to the lake in the summers (Trinity Youth Camp). Flo loved the Lord and was a blessing to those who knew her.
She will certainly be missed by her precious family and friends.
Love and prayers to the family at this time.

My heart hurts over losing Aunt Flo. She was sooo much fun, and loved me unconditionally;(or at least she acted like it.) I think most persons childhood memories remain more vivid than recent ones. My head is chalked full of em with the warmest, safest feelings. Then after I married a military man, she shared with me some great stories of her and Uncle Bud during their naval years. I learned to savor life,be tough and courageous, even when I didn't "feel" like it, and to approach new and scary changes in life,by embracing the good and jumping in with both feet. She was sooo resourceful, and in our "military spouse talks" I realized it doesn't just happen. You have to learn thru experience. I will forever treasure those conversations and I will forever treasure my memories of that same tough, spunky Aunt Flo, that made so much of my childhood experiences,a preparation for my life to come. I love you guys,Monteen,Wes,and families;and "I loved you, so much,Aunt Flo!!!"
