We had the pleasure of being Franks neighbor for many years. Kathy and I along with our grandaughters enjoyed a lot of good conversations with Frank about sports and photography along with many other things. He will truly be missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.

Where to begin, what a wonderful person. Boy did he touch lives. I also had the pleasure of working with Frank for many years at Southland Waste. Working at Southland in the early years was an honor. We were family. Frank did have the football parties and boy could he make the Frog Moor Stew. On my list over the Holidays was going by to see Frank. I didn't make it!!! Never put off tomorrow what you can do today!!!! You will truly be missed!!!! Love Lots!

Mr. Eagle has been my wonderful next door neighbor for 23 years.
T.J. and I will truly miss the fenceside chats and time spent on his porch talking about photography and travel. Our condolences go out to his family and friends as they cope with the loss of such a wonderful man.

So many wonderful memories of Frank at Southland. He took me to my wedding in 1990 on his boat...took me to see fireworks in his boat on my birthday! Lots of football parties..Taught me the meaning of the word assume (wrote it out on the side of a garbage truck)
I loved looking at the underwater photography you had. Frank you had so many talents.. shared so much of your life with us..You were loved and will be missed!
