We were friends from the very beginning, fishing in Pottsburg Creek, years of baseball at Glynlea Park and so much music in band and jazz band. You greeted everyone with a smile and always had a story to tell. You will be missed.

So very sad to hear of John's passing. What a great man. We went to high school together. We partied like rock stars on the reunion cruise. As an avid deep sea fisherman myself, whenever my husband and I would bump into John on the docks, well the fishing stories never ended. R.I.P. John our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

So sorry to hear this news. We’d lost touch over the years but I have fond memories of him attending my first boy/girl party and begging to listen to my parents’ Yakety Sax album with Boots Randolph. What a character. We had a blast on a reunion cruise in the 90s and he was kind enough to check a roof leak on my current home. Rest easy John.
