Your kindness, compassion and generosity will remain as a testament of your love for humanity.
I will always cherish your sense of fairness and respect for people from all walks of life. Thanks, and may God continue to bless you for all you did, for all of us.

I met a young John Schultz fresh out of college in the late 1980s. He and his partners asked me to design, what I think was, his first venture into land development, Marietta Forrest. I knew then than John would be much more than a client, his big personality was infectious. We didn’t become close friends but it always felt like we were when we crossed paths over the next 30 + years. We did some occasional “deals” but more importantly we stayed friends and supporters of each other. I will miss the way he answered my phone calls and the always positive conversations. I pray that his memory be eternal and for comfort and fond memories for his family and friends.

We were so sorry to hear of John’s passing this past week. My wife and I have known John since high school, attended the University of Florida with him and we’re proud to call John our friend. John always treated every person he met with respect, he showed a genuine interest in them and had a big personality, that people were drawn to. Prayers and strength to the family, we will miss John.

John was an amazing man, father, and friend. A business partner of mine, he never missed the chance to share and instill words of wisdom and advice. His friendship and caring heart, I will surely miss.

John was the love of my life...I married him in the 90's and we kept in touch until the week that he died. He was an amazing man and he will be missed by so many people. During our last conversation, he mentioned the love he had for his mother, Nancy Schultz and his twins.....he was so grateful for his siblings as well.....John, I love you bear and will see you in heaven-rest in peace:)

I was married to John in the 90's and have never stopped loving him. I went to Bolles with him and University of Florida. He was an avid reader and we had the most wonderful conversations, one of which was the week that he died. He spoke about the love he had for his Mother and his twins and his siblings. I shall miss him forever-John, I love you bear and will see you in heaven:)
