Tammy, There is so much I want to say to you. Almost on a daily basis we share stories about our children, we laugh, we worry, and we always hope. I have read all of the wonderful things that everyone has said about Josh, and I put them with the stories that we have shared, and I know this; You gave Josh the gift of life, but he taught you the meaning of life. You taught him how to love, and that love he shared with so many people. So much about him seems to have came naturally, but I see and hear so much that I know he learned from you. You took the time to make sure his laundry was done, and that his truck was in the best shape, and that he had enough gatorade for work. You were what allowed him to seamlessly impress everyone around him. I know this is not how you ever expected life to turn, and you now have to deal with a pain that most of us can not even imagine, but you will not face it alone. I know you will now proudly wear around that shining armor, and the gifts that you gave Josh, will return to you.

With Love,

Paula Evers

Our prayers to your entire family over your great loss...know that God is near to those who are broken hearted...I haven't seen Josh or you all in years, since the boys have been older, but my heart hurts for you all-Know we are praying God's peace to you all-lean on Jesus and His Word-

"The state of the godly
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee...
...14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him."
Psalm 91
