Louisa McGregor Obituary

McGREGOR Louisa B. McGregor, a long time Jacksonville resident, died on November 6. Raised in Tampa, FL, she was born on Aug. 31, 1915. She was predeceased by her parents, Richard J. and Lois Efland Binnicker; her brother, Dick; her husband, James E. McGregor, Sr., and her daughter, Sharon Cygan. She is survived by a sister, Ruth Eckerd; 3 children Sandra Craig, Bonnie Robeson, Jim McGregor; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Mrs. McGregor was a maid in the Gasparilla court; member of the Jacksonville Junior League, Dianthus Garden Circle, and the Florida Yacht Club. A memorial service was held in the chapel at St. Catherine LaBoure Manor on November 11, 2005. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St Vincents Foundation, with St. Catherine LaBoure Manor in the memo line, to P.O. Box 41564, Jacksonville, FL 32203 in the name of Louisa McGregor.
