Luetta Roberts Obituary

ROBERTS Luetta 'Tiny' Roberts passed away peacefully after a short illness at the McGraw Center on November 26th. She was born in Jacksonville on November 8, 1936, the daughter of the late Wesley Hutcheson and surviving mother, Pauline Clifford Kirkland Hutcheson. Tiny was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother to a large family. She was the mother of seven children: Carl (Pamela) Hutcheson, Paula Balas, Susan Deal, Ernest (Dinah) Deal, Diannah (Johnny) Callaway, Clayton (Belinda) Deal, and her late daughter, Tina Marie Deal. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren. She raised many children that called her 'granny' and she loved the like her own. Other surviving family includes her 91 year old mother, Pauline, along with Tiny's brothers and sisters, Alton Hutcheson and David 'Buddy' (Kelly) Hutcheson, Joyce Smith, Janice Gardener, Karen Cunningham and Diane (Levi) Rigdon. She was predeceased by two brothers, Wesley 'Dink' Hutcheson, Jr. and James Delmar 'Jimmy' Hutcheson, Sr. There are many nieces and nephews the family would like to acknowledge as well. Her family would like to thank the wonderful staff and caregivers at the McGraw Center and Shands Hospital for the loving care and support they gave her and us in the end. We would also like to acknowledge all her friends who were like family to her. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, December 11 at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 1426 Rowe Ave.
