Michael Potter Obituary
POTTER Michael Keith Mickey Potter, 17, died Saturday, October 20, 2001 as a result of a traffic accident. Mickey, a member of Cedar Bay Baptist Church, was an avid hunter and sportsman at Two Gate Hunting Club. He is survived by his mother, Cheri (Charlie) Jamison; his father, Steve (Lisa) Potter; 1 sister, Stephanie Potter; 3 step brothers, Joel, Skyler & Chandler; several aunts, uncles & cousins; special friend, Tiffany Davis; and his family at Two Gate Hunting Club. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM, Wednesday, October 24, at Cedar Bay Baptist Church, with Rev. J. Craig Brogdon, officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8PM, Tuesday (TODAY) at Cedar Bay Baptist Church. It is hard to believe that it has been 3 years since we lost you and Elrod. I think about the two of you often at the hunting club. John and I are so sorry to hear this has happened to such a wonderful family. With having children close to the same age and a death in our family just a week ago... our hearts and thoughts are with all of you left behind, that you will know God stands ready... a breath away from your call for help with this. As this young man, 17 years of age is dancing streets of gold in heaven. We love you all..
