Sorry for your loss, I was searching on line for Moses Payne, who was my Capt. At Fort Sheridan, Ill in 1964-65. If this is him he was a good commander.
The best to you all.

May our God of comfort continually comfort your family in this time and season. My memories of Dea. Payne will always be after the early morning worship at Shiloh, he would stop by and pick up that morning message on CD, I always made sure I had one ready for him because I knew he was stopped by and see at the Media Counter. Thank you Lord for blessing with us a great gift of this man of God.
