I will forever remember Judge Simpson and his family when I was a child and as an adult. He was admired and respected by all. Always calm,
articulate, a gentleman..truly a great man. To his wife thank you for being the first parent chaperon on the Washington DC trip with Carrie. To Raymi and Kurt I know you will miss him. Sincerely........

I went before Judge Simpson in a small claims case not long before he retired.
He picked up exactly what was going on before my accuser got to finish his first sentence. He counseled them and my daughter for 30 minutes or so. She was 12 and doesn't remember even going there. But I never had another problem with her again. I knew God's presence was in that courtroom. I have thought about that day on many occasions and I know he had to be a great man. Don't really want to sign my name because I know I speak for many who had the pleasure of being in his court.

I know he is in a better place and you have been blessed for the many years he was here.

To the family ,I am sorry to hear of the passing of Judge Simpson. I know he will truly be missed, not only by you but by many. I knew him from the bench, but in person as well. He was an honorable man, above board in every way. I always thought very highly of him

Sincerely,

It is with great regret to discover Judge Simpson has passed from thid life. I was a young police officer when I bacame acquainted with him. It was not long before I noticed he was very different. I read Judge Moran's reamarks and I agree entirely. He was a very fair judge and he would actually mentor officers to become better officers. He will be missed greatly.
