AM SO SORRY TO HEAR OF TOM PASSING AWAY. CAPITAL PETROLEUM WAS MY DAD,
MR. CARTER, COMPANY. MY BROTHERS, MY EXHUSBAND, AND MYSELF WORKED WITH
TOM. HE WAS SO FUNNY AND PULLED SO MANY JOKES AT WORK THAT HE MADE WORK
A BETTER PLACE. EVERYONE LOVED HIS HUMOR AND HIS FUNNY NOISES. I KNOW
THAT MY DAD AND TOM ARE HAVING A BLAST IN HEAVEN RIGHT NOW. I WILL KEEP

Dear Annelle & family,
I am very saddened to find out of Tom passing and wish I could be there to express myself to all of you.I have talked cars and mechanical topics with Tom for many many years since I lived across the street. He will be missed by me and all others who were fortunate enough to have known him.
