CHRISTOPHER ARENA Obituary

Christopher A. Arena, 40, of Wellsboro, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012, at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro.
Christopher was born April 14, 1972, in Philadelphia, a son of Joseph and Margaret (Wood) Arena.
He worked as a contractor for Mose Construction in Philadelphia. Christopher was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Wellsboro, and enjoyed playing baseball.
Christopher is survived by his wife, Anita Sperry, of Wellsboro; two sons, Ryan Arena of Wellsboro, Brandon Arena of Philadelphia; a daughter, Paige Arena of Wellsboro; his parents, Joseph and Margaret Arena of Wellsboro; one granddaughter, Gionnia Arena; two sisters, Theresa Arena of Philadelphia; Julia Arena of Wellsboro.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Philadelphia. Buckheit Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, is assisting the family. www.buckheitfcandcrematory.com.

God I still cannot believe it.. It's like a bad dream.. Ever since I heard the news my heart has been so heavy.. And just cannot believe it.. I have a lot of great memories that will always be in my mind n heart.. This year you will spend Christmas with poppy.. Xoxo you were not only my nephew but a brother.. It was always you me Theresa n John.. Never will I forget al the fun times when we were younger.. You playing super man then stitches in the cheek.. You n John playing with nail polish n screaming.. Barb having to take care of you to silly heads.. Lots of memories but not seeing you to really say good bye kills me.. Love you forever chris. Always had a good time with you n ALways made me laughed..you were always like an uncle to my kids because of us being so close and Riley n her silliness always at your house..
