Eric Breiner Obituary
Eric M. "Ecky" Breiner, 52, of Palmerton, passed away Wednesday, May 3 in the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, with family at his side. He was the husband of Sherry (Mendez) Breiner. They would have been married 25 years this September.
He spent his entire career working at Bruce L. Breiner Masonry, and became owner and operator in 2010.
He was a member of the Bowmanstown Rod & Gun Club.
Eric was a down-to-earth soul who enjoyed making others happy and helping wherever he could. He dearly loved his wife, family and little buddy Dallas. He took enormous pride in his work, and loved music and history. He enjoyed spending time riding his Farmall M tractor and camping with Sherry and friends.
Born in Palmerton, Eric was a son of Leonard and the late Janet (Green) Breiner.
Survivors: Wife; father; sister Wanda and husband Dean Solt; niece Taryn and husband Justin Petersen; grandniece Lily, grandnephew Jace; mother-in-law Dottie Mendez and family. He was predeceased by his mother, brother Bruce and father-in-law Jesse Mendez.
Services: 11 a.m. Monday, May 8 at T.K. Thomas Funeral Home, 145 Delaware Ave, Palmerton. Call 6-8 p.m. Sunday and 10-11 a.m. Monday.

Sherry, Wanda & Lenny, I can still hear our classmates yelling, 'ECK, ECK, ECK' through the high school halls. I was blessed to call Eric a friend. Always so sweet. He will be truly missed.

I will always remember Eric we went to school together and we were neighbors growing up. He was a fun person to be with and I never remember seeing him in a bad mood or upset, but don't get him mad, and he loved Elvis. I haven't seen him for a long time but he always made me smile. I am so very sorry to the whole family for this horrible loss. I was saddened to hear he is no longer with you. Please accept my condolences. You are all in my prayers.

Sherry, Lenny, Wanda, and family! We´re so so sorry for your loss!! I´ll always think of Eric as the wonderful man (with Sherry by his side) that gave Dallas a loving home.
