Frank W. Wallace, 92, of Albrightsville, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021, at St. Luke's Warren Campus in Phillipsburg, N.J.
Frank was the loving husband of Marie (Clarke) Wallace. They celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary on April 11.
He was born in Philadelphia on July 19, 1928, the son of the late William and Florence Wallace.
Frank had worked as a repairman in refrigeration and air conditioning at the Naval Hospital in Philadelphia. After moving to the Poconos, he worked for Lehighton High School in the maintenance department.
He served our country with dedication and courage in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
We have been blessed with the presence of Frank in our lives. He will be deeply missed by his loving wife Marie of Albrightsville; and a sister Dolores Smith of Tioga County; a sister-in-law Frances McGowan of Palm; and several nieces and nephews.
Service: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church in Lake Harmony. Family and friends are welcome to offer condolences on Tuesday, May 25, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Gower Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Route 209, Gilbert.
Frank will be laid to rest at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 27, at Forest Hills Cemetery in Huntington Valley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
