George Pavlosky Obituary

George Pavlosky Sr.
George Pav-losky Sr. of Jim Thorpe, formerly of Clymer, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022, in his home.
Born in Indiana, PA, on Feb. 6, 1955, he was a son of the late Charles Sr. and Helen (Benko) Pavlosky.
He was a member of St. Michael's Orthodox Church, Clymer, and the United Mine Workers Association.
He loved to hunt, fish and go camping, was an avid gun collector, and was a Pittsburgh sports fan.
George served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Surviving are four sons, Michael, Matthew, Mark and George, and his wife, Kayla; three stepchildren, Bradley Shaffer, Kristina Schleicher and Joe Moser; 11 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Service: Funeral service 2 p.m. Friday, June 24, McCabe-Roof Funeral Home, 565 Franklin St., Clymer, with the Very Rev. Protopresbyter Fr. Frank Miloro officiating. Interment, St. Michael Orthodox Cemetery, Clymer. Call 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday. Online condolences can be offered at www.mccaberooffh.com.

RIP MY FRIEND, we had too many good times back in the camp Adams days to count. Always considered u a dear friend n mentor. Was very saddened to read this in the paper as we were outta touch for awhile, if little georgey should come across this, look me up on Facebook would love to talk to u, goes for mike n mark as well. God speed my friend!!
