Joan Brong Obituary
Joan A. Brong, 89, of Allentown, passed away at Cedar Crest Post Acute Care on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025.
She was the wife of the late Raymond C. Brong, who died on May 25, 2016.
Born Oct. 30, 1936, in Lehighton, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Mae (Getter) LaRose.
She is survived by her son, David Brong, husband of Kathy; daughter, Anne, wife of Juan Gonzalez; grandchildren, Vanessa and Amber; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Xavier, Gaby and Allison; and sisters, Jean, wife of George Rhoads, Carol Ace and Shirley Ebbert.
She was predeceased by her brother, Harold LaRose.
Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family.
