Robert Reimer Obituary
Robert R. Reimer Sr., 78, of Hamburg, formerly of Slatington, passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021, with his loving wife by his side. He was the husband of Gloria (Miller) Reimer for the last 55 years.
Born in Dan-ielsville, he was a son of the late Allen and Emma (Fra-ntz) Reimer.
He worked for the New Jersey Zinc Company, Palmerton, for 32 years.
Surviving in addition to his widow are a son, Robert R. Jr.; three daughters, Sherry Salhberg, Stacy Steinly (Bill) and Kim Rex (Glenn); a brother, Edward Reimer (Cindy); a sister-in-law, Linda Loar (and the late Tina Miller); five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Service: Private funeral service at convenience of family. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date. Arrangements by Hunsicker Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Orefield. Contributions in his name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Road, #100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.

My uncle bob was so cool/ he loved roller derby in the 60s and he and my aunt gloria and my cousins accepted me into there home when we needed help ! I'll never forget that/ he was my buddy / a giant gentle uncle / great memories of oak alley and there home near the golden sun chip factory/ Uncle Bob drove to ormrod every week for years and really madd a good impression on me / thanks for everything / I will miss you and I love you and your family ill see you at the happy hunting ground with mom and pop

Robert and his entire family have been so close to us for 30 some years. Trips to Seaside Heights, many parties in the screenhouse. He will be dearly missed by everyone. Rest in peace Bob. A great man.
