Ruth Steigerwalt Obituary
Mrs. Ruth M. Steigerwalt
Mrs. Ruth Marie Steigerwalt, 88, of Wilkes-Barre, died Wednesday mornig in the Geisinger South Hospice, Wilkes-Barre. She was the widow of Daniel Yates Cobley Sr.
Born in Lehighton she was a daughter of the late Luther F. and Sara (Geiger) Buskirk.
Surviving are five sons, Earl, Maryland, Edward, St. Clair, William, Dallas, Luzerne County, Daniel Cobley and James, both of Wilkes-Barre; five daughters, Rita Gangaway, Allentown, Elizabeth Viccaro, Duryea, Luzerne County, Martha Green, Florida, Terri Clark, Lansford, and Connie Stout, Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by three sons, James and Arthur Steigerwalt, and Roy Cobley; and a daughter, Wanda Steigerwalt.
The David J. Stianche Funeral Home, 123 Center St., Jim Thorpe, is in charge of arrangements.
