I was very saddened to hear that Valerie passed away. She was my 8th grade cheerleading coach at Our Lady of the Valley school back in 1983 and I will always remember how unbelievably kind she was to the girls when she was our coach. Such a sweet lady. Always smiling & fun. My sincere condolences to her family. May your memories help ease your sorrow in time.

Sending my sincere sympathy and prayers to the Higgins family. I worked with Valerie at the pharmacy many years ago. I also engaged with her in the Neaquehoning Women's club. She was truly a beautiful person. I have been out of touch with her for many years as I moved out of state in 1996. I would occasionally see her when I visited my parents. Rest in peace my friend.

Sending love and deepest sympathy and prayers to the Higgins family.
I knew Valerie from Ronnie Clifford School of Dance. We became very close during our days of dancing together on Steel Pier and at all the recitals.
She was a beautiful person with the biggest heart
I will cherish all the times we spent together and carry her in my heart forever.
Rest in Peace my beautiful friend.
Until we meet again,
Love you.
