Albert “Al aka Ace” Robert III
Albert “Al aka Ace” Robert Chandler III, 60, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully and calmly at home surrounded by his loving family on February 16, 2016. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on June 26, 1955, to Albert Robert Chandler Jr. and Ruth E. (Morris) Chandler. Al was a great mechanic who could fix anything and retired from Roadway Express. He was an avid motorcycle rider who loved working on cars and bikes in his free time, and he was an active Teamsters Member.
He is survived by his son, “Robb” Albert Robert Chandler IV; brother, Gary Chandler; sister, Lori Chandler; niece, Laila Chandler; nephew, Garrett Chandler.
Services for Al will be private. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Purely Cremations, Benton Harbor, Michigan (269) 926-9440.

Al was a great neighbor to a house that we own in south Toledo on Spencer St. His brother Gary did work on it for us, Sorry for the loss to Al's family and friends . So sad, great guy!

For the Chandler Family: I sure will miss My Man of Steel! Robber Dobber I am so proud of you to see you in August and how you were there by your Dad's side taking care of him...That's love nephew and I know how much he loved you. Ruthie I'm so sorry for your loss of your son...I know that losing a child is difficult and I send you strength through all this and a big hug from me, I love you so much. To Lori and Gary I can't even imagine being without one of my brothers...I know Albert and I know someway he'll come back to visit you both when your ready to receive him. So I guess when you need him the most he'll be there in spirit. That's the way Al was always there when you needed him and I'm sure that when you look up and see the clouds racing it's him pushing those clouds to the finish...Race on!! I love you all...Janie
