To Annie's loved ones,
We are saddened to hear of Annie's passing. She was a great neighbor for many years and we enjoyed visiting and watching after her. She would share many stories of her childhood and her relatives in Germany, and often spoke fondly of Chuck Yost, whom she missed dearly. The view of "Marywood" farm from our front porch was a most pleasant site every season of the year, especially when the horses were out. She was always very grateful for small 'neighborly' gestures of kindness and friendship and it was a pleasure to sit and visit with her and help her whenever she would call. Our condolences. Annie will always be in my thoughts and prayers. I boarded my horses at her wonderful place for 2 years. We always called it horsey heaven! She was always so good to me. After I left, I couldn't get up to see her much, but she was always in my thoughts. I loved this lady very much. She will be missed very much.

To the surviving family of Annie,
We got to know my Grandmother's cousin Annie on her two visits to Germany and through many letters that were exchanged throughout the years.
We all are in our thoughts with you and we feel the loss with you.
Greetings and love from the Jeutter and Stahl family.

Aunt Annie will be remembered and missed dearly. She convinced my dad (who didn't care for cats) that I needed a kitten when I was three years old. We had cats ever since! We made a few trips to Shipshewana, Indiana which was always fun. She taught me to play a song on the banjo and made sure I was awake at 6:30 a.m. to help her clean the stalls and feed the horses (which I loved). On December 25, 1977 Aunt Annie also became my Godmother. I had a lot of fun staying with her when I was growing up and learned quite a bit from her. There is a picture of my Great Grandma and her three daughters at Christmas. I am sure that they are all together once again in Heaven. My thoughts and prayers are with Christine and Bob and their children at this time. May God bless you.
