Annette Goetz Obituary
Annette L.
Annette L. Goetz, age 55, of Toledo, Ohio passed away May 10, 2015, at St. Luke's Hospital. She was born February 27, 1960, in Toledo, Ohio to Robert Cichy and Anna (Freeman) Maxson. She was employed with the Meijer in Maumee as a Bakery Cake Decorator for more than 15 years, retiring in 2013. Annette enjoyed going to garage sales, but her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.
Annette is survived by her son, Jeffrey A. (Korie) Goetz Jr.; daughter, Mary A. (Nick) Bovee; mother, Anna L. (Bill) Maxson; extra special grandchildren, Nicky Jr., Mariah and Aiden Bovee; brother, Milton C. Nash; special friends, Marilyn, Carolyn and Reba; aunt and uncle, Julia and John Donaldson and cousins, Jenny and Jonathan. In addition to her father, Annette was preceded in death by her sister, Sharmin Nash and grandparents, Edith and Alyosius Cichy, Ann and Leigh Freeman.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, May 16, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Toledo Memorial Park Cemetery, Sylvania, Ohio. (Please meet directly at the cemetery.)
The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke's Hospital and the Northwest Ohio Oncology Center for their loving care of Annette.

My cousin Annette was always kind to me and I will always remember her sweet nature. She had a great smile that I will keep in my mind forever. A big loss for all who loved her, but may the family be forever stronger.
