Armando Revilla Obituary
Armando R. Revilla, 82, of Toledo, OH passed away August 23, 2018 at Genacross Lutheran Home in Toledo. He was born in San Antonio, TX on November 6, 1936. Armando was an Air Force and Army veteran. He enlisted at the age of 17 and served for 12 years during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam. Armando was a member of the American Legion #642. Armando loved his dogs and fish. He enjoyed working in his yard, collecting stamps, fishing and caring for the elderly.
Surviving are his siblings, Gilberto Revilla, Roy Morales, Daniel Morales, Adelaida Hernandez, Yolanda DeLuna, Esther Kimbrell, Anita Rodriguez, Sylvia Abramo and Maria Guzman; special friend, Joyce Baden; and many nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Revilla; mother, Antonia Reyes; step-father, Candelario Morales; daughters, Sharon Cantrell and Reva Pettit; and brothers, Jesus, Carlos, Jose and Ricardo.
Friends and family will receive friends at Eggleston-Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd., Oregon, OH 43616 on Sunday, August 26, 2018 and Monday, August 27, 2018 from 2:00–8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy in Armando's name may be directed to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
