Bradford Moore
June 16, 1968 - September 23, 2025
Bradford Leigh Moore passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on September 23, 2025, in Dallas, Texas, at the age of 57.
Brad was born on June 16, 1968, in Bowling Green, Ohio, to Thomas and Christine (Miles) Moore. He grew up in Sylvania, Ohio, where he excelled in academics and athletics. Taught baseball and golf by his father, Brad pitched for Sylvania Southview High School's baseball team and played on the varsity golf team before graduating in 1986. He went on to earn degrees in psychology and history from Wittenberg University in 1990, followed by an MBA from Biola University in 2007.
Brad's sharp intellect, outgoing personality, and infectious enthusiasm made him a successful sales executive. Whether he was selling food, fabrics, kitchen remodeling services, or software, Brad truly loved his work. He was most passionate about mentoring young adults entering the workforce, helping launch many careers during his nine years as an adjunct professor at Concordia University. His latest employer, Digital Divide Data (DDD), allowed him to combine this passion with a mission to transform lives around the world through sustainable training and employment programs.
For more than a decade, the happiest of his life, Brad lived alongside his wife, Jennifer, and treasured being close to his children, Katie and Jackson. He enjoyed playing golf, following the Cleveland Guardians and The Ohio State University, building Legos, voraciously reading novels, walking their beloved dog, Mila, and, most of all, cooking for his family and friends. He cherished making new and old recipes with Katie and Jackson, and traveling widely with Jennifer, exploring different cultures and hiking trails across the U.S., Iceland, Peru, and Spain.
Brad was a proud and devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend, who gave of himself freely, always caring for and supporting his family, in-laws, and friends. He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Purcell; his children, Katie and Jackson; his mother, Christine; his sister, Stephanie (Rob) Fulop; and his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Moore.
Friends are invited to join Brad's family in celebrating his life on November 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at The Golf Club at The Tribute in The Colony, Texas. A brief service will be followed by a time of fellowship and remembrance. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations to the Brad Moore Scholarship, generously established by DDD to honor his legacy by funding full tuition scholarships for students in Cambodia, Laos, and Kenya (learn more at
digitaldividedata.com/donate), or one of the causes Brad cared deeply about: the Alzheimer's Foundation or the
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
