carlitos quisiera desirte tantas cosas que quisas no pueda solo quiero que sepas que a pesar que te conoci en persona caci dos anos el tiempo que vine de cuba pero ya te conocia por tu mama cuando iba a cuba contandome tus anecdotas y de tu hermano y tu sobrina cuando nacio siempre le hable de ustedes siempre andaba con una bolsita con las fotos de todos sus tios quiero que sepas que te queremos mucho y tu hermano tanto trabajo para venir a este paiz para estar comtigo y que pasara esto pero nunca nos vamos a olvidar de ti y ya te estranamos y no hay un dia que dejemos de hablar de ti siempre te vamos a recordar con tu sonrisa con esa naturalidad con ese buen corazon siempre estaras con nosotros estas descansando pero hay una esperanza no te desimos adios si no hasta pronto y siempre te vamos a estranar tu hermano omar y yanitza

Our prayers go out to the Negrin Family especially carlos's kids. I hope everyone who loved carlos will take care of his kids, because that is what he would expect. This is the worst pain ever and nothing will fix it, not even time, just know carlos is in a better place with no suffering and he is watching over everyone we will meet again. Carlos had a good heart and was always helping someone out, he truly was a good guy. He wil be remembered as a giver, helper, and hard worker who loved big. My father rudy (in jail) is devastated carlos was a good friend for many many years and my dad sends his condolences and our family will never forget carlos and he will be missed greatly and thought of often.
