Carol Mutchler Obituary

MUTCHLER Carol Ann Carol Ann Mutchler, 80, of Perrysburg, died Saturday, January 20, 2007, at her home. She was born on November 10, 1926, to Carl and Helen (Merrick) Schramm in Toledo, Ohio. She later married Leroy "Lee" Mutchler on August 16, 1947. Carol was a member of Zoar Lutheran Church, Perrysburg, retired from working as a personal assistant for Virginia Stranahan in 1997, and was a 1944 graduate of Perrysburg High School. She was also a member of Save A Pet for 20 years. Surviving are her daughters, Joyce Lee (James) McIntosh of AuGres, MI and Judith Ann Winder- (Ronald) Lowy of Groton, CT; grandchildren, Brian, Mark, Jennifer, Kris, and Julie; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Kendra, Erika, Nik, Allison, Dylan, Morgan, Mae, Grace and Anna; sisters, Arlene (David) Stegman, Perrysburg, Marcelle Hahn, Bowling Green, Marge (Dick) Savial, Dunbridge; brothers, Dick (Blanche) Schramm, Spartanburg, SC, John (Zella) Schramm, Walbridge, OH and Joe (Nancy) Schramm, Napoleon and many nieces and nephews, especially Ally and Logan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy "Lee" Mutchler; brother, Tom Schramm and niece, Marcy Sanchez. Family and friends will be received from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2007, at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary Street, Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133). Funeral services will be held at Zoar Lutheran Church, 314 E. Indiana Ave, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 (419-874-4346) at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday with Pastor Timothy Philabaum officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Meigs Cemetery. Expression of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Save A Pet, PO Box 140782, Toledo, Ohio 43614, or to Zoar Lutheran Church.
