Charles Rogers Sr., 81, of Grant, AL passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015.

He was preceded in death by father, William Rogers; mother, Myrtle Rogers; wife, Patsy Lou Rogers; son, Phillip Wayne Rogers; brother, Gary Rogers; brothers, Bill Rogers, Jim Rogers; sisters, Francis Castle, and Virginia Castle.

Surviving are sons, Charles Rogers Jr., Michael (Janice) Rogers; daughter, Shiela Rogers; grandson, RJ Rogers; granddaughter, Distiny Rogers; great-grandson, Dyallan Rogers; many more grandkids and great-grandkids; brothers, Duke (Teresa) Rogers, Bob Rogers, and special friend, Joyce Young Merritt.

Visitation will be held in the Urbanski's Bedford Funeral Chapel, 8300 Lewis Ave., Temperance, MI, on Saturday, October 3, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Whiteford Union Cemetery, Lambertville, Michigan with Military Honors conducted by the Lambertville VFW Post #9656. We are so sorry to hear of the lose of a Great Neighbor and Friend. When getting together, we often shared memories from back in the day, which always included Chuck and family. Our condolences to his children and their families.
