Constance Bowman Caulkins, 96, formerly of Bryan, OH, died November 20, 2015, in Morton Grove, IL. A retired teacher (Fayette, OH and Sanford, MI).
Beloved wife of the late Dane V. Caulkins; loving mother of Randall (Colleen Kenney), Cynthia (Tom) Churchwell and Marsha; grandmother of eight; great-grandmother of five.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 28, 2015, at Fountain Grove Cemetery, Bryan, Ohio. For full details, please refer to:

Mrs. Caulkins supervised my student teaching in her ninth- and tenth-grade English classes at Meridian High School in1969. We had a blast together. I've often thought of her rousing, bright spirit over the years, and I hope some of it has rubbed off on me. What an original!
