Cynthia Brown Obituary

The Life Celebration of Cynthia "Cindy" R. Brown began on October 30, 1955, and her New Life Celebration began on Friday, August 12, 2005. Cindy passed away of kidney cancer at the home of her daughter in Columbus, Ohio.
A 1973 graduate of Scott High School, Cindy was employed with The Anderson's for 10 years, where her final position was a Deli Manager. Active in the community as an employee with the Board of Elections as a poll worker for over 10 years and 2 years as a G.E.D. instructor.
A loving and dear friend to many; she was known by her wonderful smile, quick wit, great sense of humor and honesty. She enjoyed spending time with her close knit family, where she would express her love for playing family oriented games, sharing good times and creating family history. Her zest for fun was expressed through her spirited personality. Cindy gave love and as a result, received love. Mom had developed a special relationship, with each family member that each one should know was catered specifically for them.
No one will begin to understand the great loss and emptiness that was left behind. Cindy had a way to always bring a smile to each person she encountered and was a friend to everyone.

Ferguson of 23 years; children, Angela (Brown) Camara, Alfreda Brown, Lonnie Brown and son-in-law, Mohamed Camara; grandsons, Brett Durden Jr., Matthew Smith and Lonnie Brown Jr. Also survived by siblings of Toledo, Regina (Clifford Anderson) Young, Debra (Thomas) Dunston, Andrea Brown, Tracy Scott and Felicia (Maurice) Clemmons; siblings of Columbus, OH, Tanya Swain, Pamela Brown, Kevin (Rouxanne) Brown, Ken (Amy) Brown, Todd (Cassaundria) Brown and Shawn (Donnice) Brown; siblings of Atlanta, GA, Stephanie (Reuben) Joyner and Stacey Brown; 40 nieces and nephews and 27 great-nieces and nephews.
