Diane Kazmierczak, age 72, left this world peacefully on January 30th, 2025, surrounded by family at her home in Maumee, OH. She was born in Toledo, Ohio, on May 14th, 1952, to Stanley and Mary Batog, both of whom preceded her in death.
Diane lived a rich and fulfilling life, full of love and adventure. She shared 54 years of marriage with the love of her life, Dan, and was the proud mother of Brian (Betsy) Kazmierczak and Rebecca (Brian) Conrad. She was also an adored grandmother to Zack, Maisie, Billy, Charlie, Lauryn, and Evan, and loving sister to Carole Monheim and Marlene Piasecki.
A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Diane found joy in raising her two children and traveling the world with her husband Dan and the countless friends they met along the way. When not traveling, you could find her at TJ Maxx hunting for heavily marked down items, or at the corner of the bar at Bluewater Grille chatting with the patrons and her favorite bartenders while sipping on a French Martini. She loved hosting her friends for get-togethers, pool parties, and the infamous Kaz River Float down the mighty Maumee. Diane also loved having her grandchildren join her in Florida, where they'd enjoy morning smoothies in her hot tub and days spent at the pool or Zoomers. Among her fondest memories were the trips she took with her grandkids on the Disney Cruise.
In business, her genuine nature helped her establish long lasting and meaningful supplier relationships at her company, Binkelman Corporation. Her dedication to the happiness and success of her employees left a lasting impact.
In keeping with her wishes, Diane will be cremated, and a celebration of her life will be held in the spring. Coyle Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
