Dolores Antoinette Nowaczyk Woolever, 79, of Sebring, Florida went to be with Our Lord and Father in Heaven on January 28, 2017. Born May 31, 1937.
She was born into the Catholic faith, but was a Christian. Formerly of Toledo, Ohio, she attended Our Lady of Lords Elementary School and graduated from Whitney Vocational as a Cosmetologist holding her certification for the last 60 years. She held more jobs than could ever be listed, some that stand out was delivering the Tampa Tribune in Tampa and also in Arcadia for over 10 years. She loved cooking for the Aprons program at Publix in Sebring for many years and enjoyed watching cooking shows, clipping recipes and collecting cook books. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, and T.O.P.S. where she held the honor of meeting her goal for over 10 years. But her most cherished job was being the mother to her 7 children and many others over the years.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Lawrence Archer Woolever Jr.; son, Joseph Anthony Woolever; father, Joseph Anthony Nowaczyk, and mother, Irene C Nowaczyk; brother, Anthony Joseph Nowaczyk; sister-in-law, Carol Kwapich Nowaczyk, and sons-in-law, Kenneth “Woody” Woodhall, Richard Dean Woodham Sr. and Samuel Britt Holland Sr.
She leaves behind her children, daughters, Michelle Woodhall (Ron) of New Port Richey, FL, Kimberly Woodham of Sebring, Lorraine Woolever (Helen) Vero Beach, Florida, Bernadette Woolever Holland of Sebring, Jeanette Woolever Braddock of Sebring; sons, Lawrence Archer Woolever III (Dixie) of Williamsburg, KY, Don Thornburg of Safety Harbor, FL; grandchildren, Amanda Woodham, Richard Woodham (Amy), Matthew Woolever (Judy), Johnathan Braddock (Loni), Lawrence Archer Woolever IV, Mary Braddock, Victoria Braddock; great-grandchildren, Ethan Woodham, Danielle Woodham, Alyssa Woodham, Logan Woodham, Landon Wood, McKenzie Meadows, Madison Woolever, Lawrence Archer Woolever V, Aurora Woolever.
A Memorial will be held at 2306 Fernway St., Sebring, FL 33872 on Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. open forum, where her family and friends will come together to celebrate her life.
