I will deeply miss my Uncle Buddy. The man who named me Coz'a'booboo and probably had humorous names for all his nieces and nephews. His smile, humor, and good nature may be gone but never forgotten. RIP Uncle Bud...rest eternal with my Dad and the rest of your brothers and sisters.

I remember Bro McVicker always being so friendly. He made us feel so welcome when we moved to the area. Our thoughts are with his family.

Brother Ed McVicker was the new Scoutmaster who rescued Troop 230 from the second floor classroom of the old LDS building we used in the 1950s and 60s. He took us back outside. I have many great memories of his leadership and mentoring: two 50-mile hikes on sections of the Appalachian Trail are just part of his legacy of youth leadership. I am an Eagle Scout because he put outing back into scouting for us.
