Eugene Brown Obituary
Eugene Leonard Brown, 78, of Toledo, OH, passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026, leaving a legacy of laughter and service. Born January 16, 1948, in Milwaukee, WI, to Wilbert and Lizzel Brown Sr., Eugene was the middle of 15 children.
He was a graduate of Libbey High School, where he played football. Eugene later retired from Ohio Bell. In retirement, he was a community fixture, known for his love of fishing and his generosity in providing rides to those in need. A notorious prankster, he delighted family with his comedic voices and "give you his last" spirit.
He is survived by his daughter, Artis McCluster; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and 11 siblings.
