Evelyn,

You are much in our thoughts in this time of loss. Since learning of Frank’s passing, we’ve spent much time reviewing our friendship with him and the remarkable good that he has done for our shared community. Frank’s considerable skills at organizing, planning, and executing have left York Township with Parks and Recreation facilities that will serve residents and visitors well forever. And we know that your combined reach goes well beyond the parks and our immediate community.

We wish you solace in the knowledge that his life has made a broad mark with lasting and much-appreciated effects.

Our condolences to Frank's family. Frank was the first leader and inspiration behind the York Township Parks Committee. A dedicated man for three decades who worked to develop 2 parks that are today the gems of the township. His vision, hard work and collaboration with others made the parks what they are today. Frank, you will be greatly missed.
