Fred H. Stroll

Fred H. Stroll, age 79, of Sylvania, Ohio passed away Thursday April 21, 2022, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. He was born in Toledo, December 9, 1942, to Dorothy (Brushaber) and Germanus J. Stroll. Fred was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Germany during the Vietnam War. He worked for 34 years as a Field Engineer for ITW Ransburg (DeVilbiss) retiring in 2004. He attended and watched NASCAR, enjoyed running, bike riding, traveling and boating on the Maumee River. He married Victoria A. Zytkus in 1980.

Fred is survived by his loving wife, Victoria; children, Tammy (Robert) Wilber, Debbie (Tracy) Wilson, Frank, Brian (Sarah) and Christopher Stroll; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his 4 siblings.

A memorial service is planned for May 2022, information to follow. The family suggests contributions to the Toledo Metro Parks or Sylvania United Church of Christ. Online condolences to
