Helen Tatum Obituary

Helen Marie Tatum, age 49, went to be with the Lord on November 10, 2005, in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. She was born August 14, 1956, in Sandusky, OH. She worked various jobs in food service such as Ryans, Krispy Cream and Burger King.
Preceded in death are father, Roosevelt Tatum Sr.; mother, Bessie Lee Armstrong; stepfather, Walter W. Armstrong; grandson, Deontae Young and nephew, Travis Nettles and niece, Genise Marie Nettles. I leave to celebrate my home going, daughter, Cynthia (Rev. Allen) O'Neil, Janelle, Monique and Jamella; my son, Dominque Tatum; stepchildren, Stephanie Hughes and Rodney Hollingsworth; sisters, Bessie and Archie Mae Tatum; brothers, Elijah Nettles, Roosevelt Jr., David and Leroy Tatum; uncle, Lewis Thomas Gentry of Philadelphia, PA; 6 grandchildren; God sister, Edna Morgan; special friends, Malikah Cooper, Cynthia Wright and Calbert Temple and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins in the Toledo area.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 16, 2005, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the House of Day Funeral Services Chapel. Funeral services are Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. preceded by Wake service at 12:00 Noon, at the Body of Christ Refuge, 711 Euclid Ave. Please sign register book at www.houseofday.com
