Herman “Bud”
Herman “Bud” Morgan, 84, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017 with his loving wife, Delia, by his side. He was born April 9, 1932 to Paul and Minnie (Bouldin) Morgan. He graduated from Waite High School in 1950 and then joined the Navy. After that he worked at Libbey-Owens Ford and was a volunteer for the Jerusalem Township Fire Department. He was Commodore of Harbor View Yacht Club in 1990 and AYC Commodore in 1995.
He is survived by wife, Delia (Navarro) Morgan; children, Debi (Dan) Schwamberger, Shelly (Stuart) Wilcox, Sherry VanCamp, Chris Phillips, Patricia (Bruce) Weaver, Joe Perez, David Perez; seventeen grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hoeflinger-Bolander Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Ave., Oregon, OH (419-666-3121), with an AYC and Blue Gavel Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Bud's name be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Online condolences to the family may be made at
