Jakob SENSENSTEIN Obituary

SENSENSTEIN Jakob Jakob Sensenstein, age 77, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, June 24, 2010. He was born on October 23, 1932, in Romania. He immigrated to Austria when he was 12, and later immigrated to the United States with his wife of 56 years Herta and their son Gary. They lived in West Toledo for 54 years with their 3 other children, Richard, Hildegard, and Christine for 54 years. Jakob worked at Doehler-Jarvis in the tool and die research department for 35 years. Jakob is survived by his loving wife, Herta; son, Gary Sensenstein (wife, Melissa Voetsch), daughter, Hildegard Sensenstein, son, Richard Sensenstein (wife, Laura); daughter, Christine Mercier (husband, Patrick); grandchildren, Derrick, Jacob, Nicole, Justin, Madeline, Cole and Gabrielle. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, June 28th, at 2:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 W. Laskey Rd. (419-473-0300).
